Privacy

Zolt Player is designed to keep as much data as possible on your device. This page describes what the website and the app use, and why.
The zoltplayer.com website
- No cookies, no advertising trackers, no consent banner needed.
- Cookieless audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics): aggregated statistics (page views, country, browser), with no personal identifier.
- If you pick a language with the language switcher, that choice is remembered in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) so you are no longer redirected; it is never sent to a server.
- The hosting provider (Cloudflare) technically processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
- If you write to us, your email is only used to reply to you.
The app, without an account
- Your IPTV sources (host, username, password, M3U link), profiles, favorites and progress are stored only on your device.
- Your IPTV credentials are only sent to your provider's server.
- To show movie and series details, the app queries the TMDB API (themoviedb.org) with movie titles; TMDB then sees your device's IP address.
The app, with a Zolt account (optional)
- The account syncs your devices. It contains your email address, and syncs: your IPTV sources (credentials included), profiles, favorites, Watch later list, playback progress and the list of your devices.
- This data is hosted by our database provider, Supabase, and is only accessible to your account (per-user access rules). The account password is never stored in plain text.
- You can deactivate your account at any time from the app. To have all its data permanently erased, write to us at [email protected].
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
